This Week’s Event Highlights: October 15-21

Monday, October 15th: Pumpkin Mom Day Monday!

Carving pumpkins can get old and boring year after year. This Mom Day Monday we will be decorating white tiny pumpkins with the ducklings! We will even have an area for families to take pictures. Join us in all the festivities to start Fall out right.

Tuesday, October 16th: Pre-School Story time

This is a traditional storytime for children age 3 yr – 5 yr old.

Children will be introduced to a variety of authors and illustrators as we practice early literacy skills and foster a love of reading.

Saturday, October 20th: Studio Saturday

Are you looking for an opportunity for your children to explore their creative side? You provide the imagination and creativity; we’ll provide the art supplies! Our monthly Studio Saturday event is free of charge. Drop in for a few minutes or the full two hours, we have a fun and artful project to work on each month.  All ages are welcome and the event is FREE!

Saturday, October 20th: Owl-O-Ween 2018

It’s that time of the year again! Help Wild Bird Rescue raise funds by attending Owl-O-Ween, hosted by Smith’s Gardentown. This fundraiser will be held on Saturday, October 20th from 10am-3pm. Bring the family out in their costumes to enjoy bouncehouses, pumpkin painting, a petting zoo, pumpkin carriage rides, take a picture with a real owl and more! Free general admission, with small ticket fees for each event.
